Deadline July 1 for ACE cover contest

Arlington Community Education cover contest

Local artists are invited to submit artwork for Arlington Community Education’s cover art contest.

Winning artists will receive $250 and exposure to an audience of more than 50,000 in exchange for use of their artwork.

The deadline to be considered for the fall cover is July 1.

All mediums are welcome, including watercolor, acrylics, prints, photography, oil, collage, quilting, assemblage, stained glass, etching, handmade paper and mosaic.

Artists high-school-aged and up can submit up to four pieces for consideration.

Seasonally-themed artwork is particularly welcome.

Pieces from three different local artists will be selected, to be featured on the cover of the fall 2022, winter 2023 and spring 2023 catalogs.

Details and the submission form are available at arlingtoncommunityed.org/cover-art-contest
