Menotomy concert: Short opera performed

Watch City Vocal Arts

Watch City Vocal Arts, at left, presents "The Medium," a short opera in two acts by Gian Carlo Menotti, the next Menotomy Concert, set for 7:30 p.m. Friday, March 25, at Town Hall.

Join those involved for a lovely evening of fully-staged chamber opera, which is free of charge, but your donations are welcome.

Pamela Wolfe is the director, and Dr. Alexander Lane is the pianist.

Performers are Madame Flora, Lindsay Burroughs, Monica Tobey, Melanie Salisbury, Brad Amidon, Sarah Mahon, Craig Tata and Debra Gleason Swartz.

 Here are the other concerts, all at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall:

April 8, Leonard-Tuttle Duo and Friends; and 

May 20, Hazel Dean Davis, Amelia Hollander Ames and Friends.

Concert organizers thank the Town of Arlington and Patsy Kraemer.
