The town Zoning Board of Appeals met Tuesday, June 22, and heard appeals for 83 Palmer, 1165R Mass. Ave., the housing development proposed for Mirak property.
The petition for Palmer was withdran so town counsel could research legal issues. As to the Mirak plan, the board voted to extend the public-hearing period to July 23 and to continue the hearing until 7:30 p.m. Monday, July 19.
